1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
• Egypt (Nationwide)
• Selected International Destinations – still proceed on it

2. Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. So orders requested in weekends take more days
• As all our products are imported from Europe and Asia so pre-order items may require additional time, which will be clearly mentioned via customer service platforms (Emails or Social media platforms).
3. Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• Inside Egypt: 2–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to customs delays or any other exceptions
4. Shipping Fees
• Local Shipping (Egypt): Calculated based on destination

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
7. Delivery Issues
• If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@sheis-fiva.com with your order number.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or if any item is missing from your order:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package
• Email us at info@sheis-diva.com with photos and order details
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
