🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7-14 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Not damaged or altered in any way
• Not marked as final sale
To start a return, please contact us via our Facebook page or Instagram with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
🔄 Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 - 14 days of receiving your order, if you’d like to swap your item for a different style or size (if available).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:
• Earrings
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Final sale or clearance items
• Damaged items or packaging
• Exceeding 7 days of delivery orders
💸 Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
